Hi friends! Tabitha here. I know what it's like to be juggling non-music side hustles when your passion project just isn't making enough to pay the bills. 

I started The Florence Music Academy with two goals in mind:

1- Give our community access to high quality music lessons, and 

2- Create a space for musicians to make money teaching music. 

Here are some things you might want to know: 

We offer $30/hr starting teacher pay (with increases based on education and experience). 

Our teachers set their own availability with no lower or upper limits enforced. You decide how many hours you want to teach!

We think the best use of our musician's time is sharing music, so leave the invoicing, scheduling, and material ordering to us. 

If classes are canceled last minute (with less than 24hr notice) our teachers still get paid. Your time is valued.
